One of the tools and resources I have used most often in my work as a mediator is innovation. In fact, in a number of cases, it turned out to be the key element that helped resolve the problem at hand.
But innovation isn’t just for mediation. There’s almost no area of activity where we can’t use an easier way of doing things, or a new angle that can make everything work better.
Luckily innovation is a very teachable and learnable skill. So I’ve put together a course on how to become an innovator. The course is contained in this book, “One Good Idea.”
In addition to being helpful and informative, the book is also fun. Innovation is so closely related to humor, that I’ve used humor for a lot of my examples throughout the book. It also includes some amazing, funny, and inspiring stories. I’m always on the lookout for great stories, and this book includes some of my all-time favorites.
If you’re working on a project where you just need One Good Idea to make it all work, this book could help you find it.
